GEL have successfully received planning permission and CfD allocation for two additional deep geothermal energy sites onshore in Cornwall, as well as their existing United Downs site. As a result, an EOI for Casing and Tubing requirements has been released, initially for the completion tubulars for the existing United Downs site, and then the two future drilling campaigns planned to start in late 2024.
